Online tools
Freight rates, distances and transit days shown by our calculators are indicative estimates for planning only. They are not offers. Final rates and timelines are confirmed in writing and depend on market conditions, vehicle availability, loading dates and applicable taxes.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided as received from GPS devices and our operations team, and may be delayed or approximate.
Bookings and accounts
Booking requests and registrations submitted online are acknowledged with a reference number and become binding only after confirmation by Kranti. Trips are governed by the Master Service Agreement (customers) or vendor agreement (fleet partners), and the terms on the LR.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape data at scale.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kranti is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website or reliance on indicative estimates.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
