Long-haul freight without the guesswork.
Track a shipment
Use the LR number on your consignment note, or the truck's registration number.

Why Kranti
Kranti means revolution. Ours is a quiet one.
Most trucking in India still runs on phone calls, paper LRs and brokers who never see the truck. We started Kranti to fix the unglamorous parts: one booking, one price, one tracking link, and paperwork that is finished before the invoice goes out.
The other half of the job is the people behind the wheel. A rested, respected driver is the single biggest reason a load arrives on time.

Services
What we move, and how.
Most of our work is full truck loads on the road. When a shipment needs a train, a plane or a ship, we arrange that too.

More about this

Under the hood
The software is there so the phone doesn't have to ring.
Four pieces of technology sit behind every load we move. You mostly notice them by what doesn't go wrong.
Prices from real lane data
We quote from what a lane has actually cost over recent months, the season and today's diesel price. Return loads are lined up for the truck, so you are not paying for an empty trip back.
Routes planned for trucks
Each trip is planned for the vehicle you booked, with fuel stops and rest points marked, instead of whichever road the driver happens to know.
Trucks serviced before they break
Sensors on our managed fleet report engine health, tyre pressure and fuel use. A truck goes in for service when the data says so, not after it stops on a highway.
Paperwork that fills itself in
The LR, e-way bill, proof of delivery and invoice are created as the trip happens. Your accounts team gets clean records and fleet owners get paid sooner.
| How it usually goes | How we do it | |
|---|---|---|
| Setting the price | Negotiated on the phone, different every time | Quoted from lane data and shown to you up front |
| Trucks coming back empty | Common, and somebody pays for it | Return loads planned before the truck unloads |
| Knowing where the truck is | Call the driver, then call again | Live GPS, with alerts if it stops or slows |
| How drivers are treated | Paid per trip and forgotten | Planned rest, health cover and fair incentives |
How a load moves
From booking to POD, nothing is typed twice.
Every step happens in one system that you, the fleet owner and our team all look at.
- 01
Booking
You raise an indent online, by email or with your account manager.
- 02
Truck placed
A checked vehicle and driver are assigned and shared with you.
- 03
LR and e-way bill
Created at loading, with the OTL seal number recorded.
- 04
On the road
Live location, ETA and alerts if the truck stops for too long.
- 05
Delivery and POD
Seal and quantity checked, signed POD uploaded on the spot.
- 06
Invoice
Raised from the trip record, so nothing is typed twice.
Who we work with
A trip only works if it works for everyone on it.
The shipper, the fleet owner, the driver and our own team all need something different from the same load.

Shippers
Manufacturers and distributors who need a truck to turn up, and to know where it is.

Fleet Pilots
Our name for the drivers. Planned rest, health cover and fair pay.

Fleet owners
Steady loads both ways, advances at loading and balance paid after POD.

Our team
Operations, sales and engineering people who spend time on the road.

Investors
An asset-light model with an owned core fleet on key lanes.

On every long trip
Rest stops planned before the truck leaves
Our drivers
We call them Fleet Pilots, and we mean it.
A driver who has slept, eaten properly and isn't worried about his family drives better. So we plan rest stops at clean hubs, arrange health cover, keep home time predictable and pay incentives for safe, fuel-efficient driving.
It is the right thing to do. It also happens to be why loads arrive on time and in one piece.
Network
Check any pincode before you book.
Our service list covers 19,580 pincodes in five zones, all run from the hub at Madanayakanahalli. Type yours in and you'll know straight away.
- East3,653 pincodes
- North5,419 pincodes
- North East941 pincodes
- South6,827 pincodes
- West2,740 pincodes

Got a load going out this week?
