Kranti Logistics

Fleet Pilots

The country runs on trucks. Trucks run on drivers.

We call our drivers Fleet Pilots because the job deserves a proper name, and a lot more respect than it usually gets.

Being seen

Nobody grows up wanting to be invisible.

Drivers keep everything in this country moving, yet most people only notice them when something goes wrong. We want that to change. Inside the company and outside it, our drivers carry titles that match the responsibility: Logistics Pilot, Fleet Captain, Supply Chain Champion.

We tell their stories on our own channels, about the work and the families behind it. Safe-driving badges, kilometre milestones and smart uniforms mean a Kranti driver is treated with respect at the loading dock and the check-post.

Looking after drivers

What a Kranti driver can expect from us.

  1. 01Health, rest and family

    Proper places to stop
Clean toilets, decent food and a safe place to sleep at our hubs and partner stops. Exhaustion causes more accidents than anything else.
    Health cover
Insurance that covers the problems long-haul driving causes, from back pain to eyesight and heart health, plus help with children's education.
    Time at home
Trips are planned so drivers know when they'll be back, instead of weeks on the road with no end in sight.
  2. 02Fair money

    Incentives, not penalties
Bonuses for fuel-efficient, safe and on-time driving, worked out from trip data that the driver can see too.
    Money skills
Sessions on saving, banking and investing, so good earnings turn into security for the family.
  3. 03A voice that gets heard

    Speak up safely
A channel to report harassment at check-posts, unsafe loading or anything else that's wrong, without fear of losing work.
    Keep learning
Training in defensive driving, new vehicle technology and the apps we use, so the job leads somewhere.
  4. 04Recognition

    Driver stories
Short films and posts about the people behind the wheel, made with them and shared with their permission.
    Milestones
Badges for safe kilometres and years of service that drivers can be proud of and other companies respect.
