- Details you submit in forms: name, company, phone, email, city, lanes, cargo details, KYC information and documents such as a CV.
- Tracking queries (LR or vehicle numbers) and calculator inputs, used only to return results.
- Basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, used to keep the site secure and improve it.
Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries, quote freight, book vehicles and onboard customers and vendors.
- To send service updates you ask for, such as acknowledgements and trip alerts by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations (for example GST, e-way bill and KYC requirements).
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, messaging, payment and verification partners) under confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires.
Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by law, protected with encryption in transit and role-based access.
