Good logistics should be a little boring.

No surprises on price, no guessing where the truck is, no chasing paper for a week after delivery. That is the whole idea behind Kranti.

Our story

Kranti means revolution. We mostly fix small things.

We are a logistics company based in Madanayakanahalli, on the north-western edge of Bengaluru. Most of what we do is long-haul trucking: full and part truck loads, and the paperwork that goes with them, for manufacturers and distributors across India.

We started because the way most freight moves hasn't changed in decades. Rates are agreed over the phone and change with every call. Shippers ring the driver to find their goods. Proof of delivery takes a week to come back. Trucks return empty, and drivers are treated as if they are easy to replace.

So we put all of it in one system. Booking, vehicle placement, LR and e-way bill, tracking, POD and invoicing happen in the same place, and the shipper, the fleet owner and our team look at the same record.

Where we are heading

A long-haul network that runs on data instead of phone calls. Fleet owners earning more from the trucks they already have. And driving a truck becoming a job people are proud to do, and proud to tell their families about.

What we do every day

Move freight on time and at a fair price. Treat our staff and our drivers with respect. Run the business carefully enough that it is still here, and still profitable, twenty years from now.

Three rules we try hard not to break.

Say the price out loud
Rates are shown up front and the bill matches the quote. If something changes on the road, you hear it from us first.
Software serves people
We build tools to take drudgery off people's plates, not to replace them. Everything is tested with the drivers and staff who use it.
An empty truck is a mistake
Idle trucks and half-empty loads cost everyone money. Planning return loads and filling space is a habit here, not a project.
